Booth spaces CANNOT be shared. One business per booth. The location of dealers will be decided by the management and could be on a first come first serve basis.
Food and drink concessions of any kind will need prior approval
No exhibits are to be torn down before 1:00 pm on Saturday without the permission of the show committee. Noncompliance forfeits future vending opportunities with the White Deer (Team Reed) Market. The exhibitor agrees to have clean, priced, and legally saleable merchandise set up and for sale during the hours of the show. Management of the show reserves the right to remove any item or vendor deemed inappropriate.
Vendors will be responsible for their own liability insurance coverage for their merchandise, tables, tents, and other display-related items. The White Deer (Team Reed) Market and the City of Jesup are not responsible for any loss due to theft or damages from unfortunate events. The White Deer (Team Reed) Market and City of Jesup and any affiliate will not be responsible for any loss or injury to vendors in connection with this event.
This is a non-profit event. Due to this fact, upon receipt of this signed form and payment, you forfeit your right to a refund due to unexpected personal conflicts or unforeseen circumstances not limited to weather.
Do not leave trash on the premise. Any large trash items that you have, take with you or place in the cans provided. Our objective is to get as many shoppers as close to you as possible. Therefore, all vendor vehicles will need to be removed from the vendor area.
White Deer (Team Reed) Market does NOT guarantee exclusivity at this event; however, we will not allow several booths with the same exact items. White Deer (Team Reed) Market does NOT have electrical hook-ups available.
The Vendor Booth Space Weekend Fees are as follows:
12X12 space - $60
12X24 space - $100
12X12 space under cover - $100
FOOD VENDORS (must have preapproval from White Deer (Team Reed) Market Organizer), after registration we will contact you with approval
Balance due upfront.
